I’m always at my best mentally when I take the time to take care of my body as well as my mind💪🏻 • This vacation I’ve taken the time to slowly but surely get back into those good routines, and I haven’t felt this good for a really long time 🙏🏻☺️

Nothing like morning coffee with a view 😍 • Now I just need an Instagram husband that can take the pictures so that I get to drink my coffee while it’s hot🙈😂

This vacation has been exactly what I needed🙌🏻 It’s been a long while since I’ve felt this well rested and inspired💙

I’ve been loving this vacation so far! Sometimes I just need some peace and quiet, as well as quality time with people that I love, to refuel and get my creativity back on track❤️

Watching the sun break through gray clouds always works as a good reminder for all that has yet to come. • Even on dark days, the sun never leaves. It’s still there, and it will be back again. But sometimes it needs to take a step back to let the darkness and the rain nurture us all❤️

It’s important to remember that being overwhelmed and sad is not a sign of weakness. When you need the time to be mindful of your emotions and what’s going on in your life, take it! • Healing is different for everyone. Take the time that you need, and focus on being mindful of your emotions. Practice gratitude for what you have and what you’ve learned❤️ • You will be fine eventually, but if you are hurting then don’t push it aside. Work your way through it so that you won’t carry it around with you later❤️
